Be careful before changing the master on this truck. I bet you think it will fix the problem of the pedal slowly going down when the truck is stopped. So did I but it didn't!!! Let me know if you find the problem. Seems to be a ghost in those darn brakes. I noticed on mine, when I activate the ABS, the pedal gets firm again.

Did you power bleed them and replace the fluid? I tried that yesterday and it still goes the the floor.

Lots of people have this same complaint. I'm of the opinion that this is normal to the CRD. Other than slowely going to the floor I see no adverse side effects.

I tried vacuum bleeding, power bleeding, next, I'll try to activate the abs, bleed, reactivate the abs, bleed. Try something if you want. Bleed the rear right caliper and let me know if it was hard to bleed. (pedal gets hard when bleeder is open and then slowly bleed itself. I guess it might be normal since it's the longest line. I think there might be some air in the ABS control but it doesn't seem to be easy to make it go away. I tried the brakes pretty hard and every time, all the 4 wheels try to lock on pavement so there doesn't seem to be any safety issue.
