| Post subject: | Any Diagnostic Scanner that can scan ABS System? |
Is there a commercially available reasonably priced OBD scanner that can scan into the CRD's ABS system? I've lost cruise control, traction control and ABS and suspect a wheel sensor. Local dealer wants 150 dollars for a scan and Firestone will do it for 90 bucks. I rather do it myself and not deal with either of them due to past experience (dealership misdiagosed oil leak as bad head gasket, it was rear main seal and Firestone wanted 2 hours of labor to replace an inner tie rod on my Taurus, it took me 30 minutes to do the entire job. Thanks! |
