All right fellow CRD owners got a question for you. I have been having issues with my rear window latch for sometime. It stopped opening when pulling the rear door latch. Now the rear window will just unlatch at will. Sometimes several times in a row before stopping. It is the craziest thing. Any ideas on what I need to fix? |

the switch for the rear window in the handle it was avalible as a recall part for eariler kjs I fixed my 05 crd with it dealer part # CENAD160 it was about 5 bucks |

Mine did this too when I got the carpet and seats wet (washing) I had to lock the car to prevent the stupid thing from popping open. I have also had the other problem in the winter where the first pull won't activate the release so the glass won't open. It will pull apart but that means the latch isn't open and the door won't reshut without lining them up together in a strange way to force it closed. |
