Blarg. I got sniped as I was trying to snipe at the very end. I'd say you will be fairly happy with the total there MTB... But I call dibs if the sale falls through. |

I do hope it was someone from here that got it, looks like 5 or 6 different bidders were fighting over it. And yea, $510 was higher than I wanted to go, but considering the rarity... |

Ha, I had hoped it was you who did the sniping! I was going to bid at the very end, if it was still around $400... instead, I just watched the 5-6 of you go at it. I can't justify spending that much money on something that will give me minor benefits compared to comparably priced items (like GDE). Besides, I'm lucky, my father has an '05 without the F37... Now I just need to wait until he gets a new Jeep and swap with him Or until someone finally cracks it.... |

PS: I hope, at the very least, that a fellow LOST CRDer was the winner.... I think MTB should be ethically required to sell it to a real Jeeper (*cough* geordi *cough*), not somebody we don't know |

I am curious as to who won it too. I am sure they are from here. I can't imagine it being someone out of the blue. |

Thanks for the support, I appreciate it. Hey, we've got to keep it in the "family." You don't want to go selling your TCM to a stranger, who might accidentally get it neutered! Then you can't pass those good genes on to somebody else |

Heh, you could always tell the winner (if it isn't a known name here) that you changed your mind at the last minute but couldn't cancel the listing... Even if the winner complained, Ebay won't do a single thing. Their 'enforcement' is long gone. Then you could sell it to me. |

I can't do that. It isn't honest. I hope the person steps forward!!! |

Well me and the fiance were opening up the Christmas presents today. She gave me the last present and i noticed that it was a little heavy so i quickly started to unwrap it, i get to the box and its a lord&taylors box... I open up the box and grab this square thing that was wrapped with tissue paper, i rip the paper off and what do i see in my hands... yea you guessed it, it was a TCM. So there i was asking myself why she got me a TCM.... Them my questions to her started... First i asked her why she got me this (at this point i still didnt know that it was MTBs TCM) and where she got it from... She said: that a few weeks ago she saw me looking at something on ebay and asked what it was and i said: oh just something that i would like for christmas....(of course i said that in a playful way) and she asked: how badly would i want that? and i said: if i had the money i would get it right now. So she told me that when i went down stairs, she went to my computer copied the ebay link and emailed it to her and when the time came she got her father to get it for her so she could give it to me as a gift... That little sneak! Yes my father inlaw is named Pedro but i would have never guessed that it was him. So with this im just letting everyone know that the TCM will be in good hands and that it will never come as close as 50 ft from a dealer, and that if by any chance i decide to get rid of the crd, ill make sure put let everyone know and do as MTB so it will always be in the LOSTCRD family. |
