After replacing the rotors, pads, and calipers on all 4 wheels my front pads are still dragging! The left is worse than the right.

I did the test in the FSM: engine off- the pedal held firm after pumping out the vacuum(normal), the pedal dropped a bit when started (normal), but then the pedal sank under medium pressure(fail). Which seems like a power booster fail, but the booster gave 2 pumps after resting 90+ seconds after engine turned off(normal).

1. Power booster wouldn't cause drag right?

2. It may be the valve in the Master Cylinder for the front brakes?

3. Should I replace the Front Hoses and Master Cylinder for $115 from Rock Auto myself?

4. Any one know of a write up? Or any tips? Would the hoses at the hard line, inside the engine bay, be a bear to get at?

5. Or would it be risky with the ABS system when bleeding? And I should take it somewhere that could bleed the ABS if needed? Would there be any isses with the ABS being bled at a shop, because of OBD port communication issues?

Thanks,
Josh

Diagnosis is simple:
1) If the stuck brake caliper frees up when you crack a line at the master, suspect the master.
2) If the brake caliper frees up when you crack the line at the ABS unit (down stream), suspect the ABS unit.
3) If the brake caliper frees up when you crack the bleeder valve on the caliper, suspect the hose.
4) If cracking the bleeder does not free up the caliper, your caliper may be defective or hanging up.

Test before you throw more money at it and make the parts store owners boat payments.
