just got my new fuel filter assembly today, with the new wiring kit, however, the bottom of the canister (where the water sensor is) appears to be a little bent. anyone have a new fuel filter they could take a look at? I'll call the parts dept tomorrow but if it is common, then i wont worry.

It shouldn't be bent ..... take it back.

No bends! If you got it from a dealer, you paid enough markup to get a good one.
