If it is then I'm screwed ha. 3 or 4 pins are showing 30-60 ohms, only one is 0.5!

That is the 4 pin connector for the glow plugs. That test is checking the harness and the glow plugs together, you should unplug the harness at each glow plug and test each glow for resistance to be sure. Sounds like you have a bad glow plug though.

New Ford has been great! The front #1 glow plug is easiest with the Alt. removed, #2 is no so bad, #4 I remove the fuel filter housing to gain access, and then there's #3!!! You can get the harness unplugged while checking #4, but WHEN it comes time to change #3 do some research here as a bit more stuff has to be removed to get the glow out. If you have to replace glow plugs you are going to have to get a set of 4 new metal type that replace the ceramic's. This will require a new flash to run them which is something Keith at GDE can build into a performance tune for you. I have a few of his tunes, a TCM, programmer, etc... and all I can say is great things. He's top notch, call on Keith when your ready for tuning or a reflash/update if you have to replace your glow plugs.
