I am having and issue in my 2005 Jeep Liberty CRD when i put it in reverse with my brakes on i get a bad vibration for the first few moments. It only happens if i press the brakes and then reverse. If i put it into drive or neutral the vibration stops. And when i am going in reverse it feels like it is dragging a little bit. I have bleed the brakes and i am going to lube the caliper tonight. Any other ideas on what it could be?

Update:

I lubed the caliper and have had a few more thoughts that might help out. I have recently had to cut and boot my CVs. I have also put on a set of JBA Gen 3 upper control arms with new bushings and kept the Moog ball joints. I have greased everything and bleed the brakes again still getting the vibration in reverse. It is more sporadic now thought.

hahahaha Mine does the same thing, Kinda reminds me to add the additive to my Trac-Loc rear end. It did it really bad for a short time turns out we had a bad rear caliper (It would stick sometimes) which caused the TL to lock up when we where reversing and caused a light shudder.

Well i can see how that could be a possibilty I do have small hole in the piston boot on the drivers side caliper. But didnt see any point in replacing it because it hadn't caused any problems yet.

Exact same as mine even the same side, It only did it sporadically. Sometimes worse than others.
