After many google searches of the site, i caved and im starting a thread.

Im getting rough starts in -10 C weather:

New fuel head/filter, less then 10,000km ago
Airtex lift pump installed in the tank.
Gde eco tune.
Brand new battery, 870 CCA as the red top was showing its age.
ive bled it a couple times, lift pump makes it easy.

Occasional White smoke, but not every time.
the rough starts remind me of a gasser that's misfiring, that shaky stuttering/sputter.

after about 10 seconds it idles fine, no drivability problems at all, milage is pretty consistant, considering my inconsistant foot.

in -10C weather - are you plugging in the block heater?

(I think you've eliminated the normal suspects - next guess would be something on Glow Plugs)

yes, and no. it does start a little easier plugged in, but not smooth enough for me to be happy with it.
