Probably more questions than answers:
1. where are you physically located? Important as you may be near a member with the Miller tools.
2. based on your other posts I assume you have pulled off the serp belt, timing belt, and valve cover all the way down to the rockers. Correct? If so did you use appropriate pins and cam gear holding tools plus witness marks to make sure nothing moved?
3. GDE rents the basic tools which I assume include the cam holder, 2 cam pins, and the flywheel pin. For the flywheel pin you can substitute a 6mm allen key, per the 2005 FSM; for the cam pins you can make them (
http://www.beesvillebeefarm.com/jeep.html) although doing so scares me but I have the full Miller set; others have substituted various things for the cam holding tool but nothing I plan on using.
4. IIRC others have used a wooden spacer on each side to assist in locating the cover down without knocking rockers loose and there has been mention of 2 locator pins being made from cutoff bolts. You might check with galatron or others who have recently done a rocker replacement job.
