None of the above......

a lot of folks have the Suncoast trans go shift kit however it doesn't seem to make much difference.

The 545 tranny has an adaptive learn feature
if you put in a standard shift kit - it learns and adapts to the pressure

you have to reprogram the computer to have any effect at all.

SunCoast put a transgo kit in when they installed my torque convertor. As I understand it at least part of the transgo kit and perhaps other work they did fixes a soft seat (don't ask me) issue that may be related to the transmission pump.

The Transgo kit fixes the Chrysler Bean Counter Engineering, like the crappy check valve in the pump, the weak plate that holds in the shift valves, the crappy seal on the shift valves, and some of the springs. What is not Bean Counter Engineered is reused.

Sorry, it does not want to rotate.

All I could get to pop up from Summit was the 45RFE HD, I suspect the older one was phased out and they are covering it on the web site for any dealers who may have an older one collecting dust like the guy on eBay trying to unload his for $13 less than Summit.
What ever you do with the Transgo, toss the resistor, your TCM will learn around it in a few days and the extra quick shift thrill will be gone.
Search my old posts and other posts on the slow learn to do after you do the Transgo kit, I don't have time to type it out again.
Good luck.
