Good! service after the sale is just as big a deal as the sale imo. If it takes a lashing from DC thats ok too. |

I would be very interested to find if that resolved the transmission shudder. I have also had the updates completed this week, but I still have the problem. |

Glad to hear of a great repair experience. Good service has not been Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Eagle's strong suit in the past. I am still hoping that some Daimler service rubs off on Chrysler. When you buy a Mercedes and bring it in for some strange service problem, you get a NICE loaner and a few thousand free tush smooches. Chrysler could use a little bit of that. My dealer gives you two free service "loaners" if you buy from them. I've already used those two up and I just hit 10k miles. Now I'll have to rent a car from their Enterprise counter and hope that the work done is warranty. If it's warranty, they pay for the rental. If not, it's on me. |
