When unplugged, this should keep the jeep from starting, correct? I am trying to diagnose an intermittent no start, and unplugged it to test fuel return quantities. Wouldn't you know it, the jeep started up and ran just fine with the rail sensor unplugged. Is there a problem that is letting this happen? Stock jeep, no tune Thanks Jason |

Correct...If the fuel PSI sensor plug is not connected it will not start. If you dont know it is located at the aft (firewall) end of the fuel rail. Question...Do you have a 2nd gen fuel filter housing? |

I do have the upgraded fuel head. It curious to me that it started with the sensor unplugged. Perhaps I don't know what sensor I'm looking at. I will double check that |

I just looked at mine. It's the last thing on the end of the fuel rail, round with the plug toward the pasenger seat. I removed mine, NO START and gave me a check engine light after I reinstalled and started. I will clear it. Good luck |
