I will be into the timing belt replacement soon and I want to go ahead and do the rockers at the same time. Instead of fumbling my way through it, is there a write up as to how it should be done? Thanks, Steve |

The Video Sir Sam posted on YOUTUBE (Be sure to Subscribe): http://www.youtube.com/feed/UCtRd0ADTAvGGaPDYU6MrGIQ That's his YouTube channel, that will walk you all the way through to the water pump/Viscous heater/thermostat and after that it's really an issue of getting the wiring harness out of the way, removing the fuel rail, removing the bolts off the injectors, removing the injectors being careful to # them as you remove them because they are programmed into your ECU the way you see them, then removing the EGR elbow, then pulling the bolts off of the Valve cover and being careful after you are done with putting the cover back on so as not to knock a rocker/lifter out of place. Really if you follow his guide going in you're about 80% of the way there. Honestly, if you want to see it all happening, it's going down right now in my Garage in Smyrna, TN. Heh. I think another member that lives nearby is coming by tomorrow. |

A little closer and I'd make the drive. Steve |
