Well I pulled a bone head move which I'm usually very meticulous About when I took off the injector plugs I numbered them even though it's self explanatory untill I get to #4 I didn't mark that one. Not realizing that the plug at the end if the fuel rail is the same. So my question is is the plug by itself the #4 injectors or is it the plug raped in electrical tape with the cam sensor plug.

I love it when people type "RAPED" instead of "WRAPPED," it makes me smile inside, cheshire cat style.

Alas, I digress...

It's pretty intuitive honestly. The wires come off the harness differently and the one closest to the #4 injector goes to the #4 injector.

My wife had a great idea, and I used it. (It wasn't original I'm sure, but great nonetheless.)

We used Butterfly bandaids, and wrapped them around the wires, and wrote on the tabs that stuck out afterwards.

It works well!

Tape and numbers work good for me. Yes...the closer one to the #4 goes to the #4.

I do recall folks having mixed those 2 identical plugs up when doing a valve rocker/lifter job. If memory serves when the plugs are on backwards the engine will run poorly (#4 injector not firing). Conclusion if the engine runs fine after reinstall of the plugs you got it right; if not switch the plugs and see if that cures the problem.
