I have a 195 deg in-line thermostat installed.

Cant figure what which temp reading is accurate.
Instrument gauge= 1 tick to left of center, normal
TorquePro app= never got above 178 deg F today, 30min of driving at highway
speed, A/C on, ambient temp about 88 deg F.
IR Temp gun= 184 deg F, taken at t-stat outlet, 1 inch away, after highway drive.

The Temp gun and torque pro seem too low while the gauge seems spot on.
