Well just got back from Jeepand it looks like I got a bent driveshaft from the factory. There is a horrible resonace(sp) at 100mph. He test drove it and will contact Chrysler Germany this morning. The radio seems to have an excess S/R in the right side as well so he will be taking that out also. Thank god I have extra car stereos lying around.

Hey if this is all that is wrong with my KJ then I am happy.

Hey Jinstall,

I assume your Jeep was built to the European spec? Some here in the U.S. have been wondering if the European models have the Closed Crankcase Vent system that we have in the states. Ours has a plastic valve at the top of the motor and a short length of hose that runs from the valve to the inlet hose on the turbocharger. A lot of us are having trouble with oil getting into the turbo and intercooler by this route. How about yours?

Having visited Germany I understand the 100MPH part but I would love to see the Service Writers face if I walked in and said; "It has a bit of a wobble at 100MPH" :-)r
