I just got my ecu reflashed w updated eco tune, when reinstalling i had the lowwer bug back on and was putting on the top one when I bumped the positive terminal post of the battery w the ecu, the battery was unplugged at the time but there was a good spark on contact, when I turned the jeep on it started then chocked out and wont turn over, the fuel light came on so I put diesel in and primed the filter to make sure it was flowing which it was but the jeep wont turn over, I really remember there being fuel in the tank when it was sitting but it was there for 3 months. Might I have fried the computer , if not and Im just out of fuel how do I reprime the system?

I think the ecu may have been effected by the electrical jolt.

My suggestion is to call or email Keith at GDE before doing anything else. He is the expert on all things ECU.

Best case is you didn't "fry" it but rather scrambled its brains in which case he can reflash it. Worst case is you did "fry" it in which case he may have a used one available or be able to point you toward a used on. As I understand it any compatable used ECU can be flashed to work with your KJ.
