I have 150 miles on my CRD and already have the ETC light flashing. Any way to reset without taking it back to dealer. It is Saturday so I can't do anything till Monday. Thanks |

Engine trouble code?? Flashing, as in on and off is bad, don't drive it. On steady is not bad, you can drive it. Stop by Autozone or similar parts store and have the code read. Do Not clear the code. The dealer will not fix it unless the light is on. I feel your pain. Mine went off for the first time at 154 miles. It was for a brake light switch. |

Electronic Throttle Control. Sometimes I have low power, sometimes it loses power completely for a second or two. I can shut it off and the light will stay out for 5 minutes or so and then it will lose power and the light will come on and flash. It is probably nothing serious, but I was crossing my fingers when I bought this that I would have very few problems. Not starting out very well. |

Electronic problems on the new CANII cars has in some cases been a PITA, most are usually easy cured it servicedept/tech is up to speed.
