Okay, I'm getting ready for the lift pump install. I've ordered the Airtex pump, now I'm looking at the wire requirements in more detail. I don't want to order a $75-100 wire harness just to strip a couple of wires out, so I was planning on doing it myself. Only references I've seen refer to 54001800 and 54001801 pins for Apex 2.8mm connector. However, when I looked these up on mouser.com they say they are obsolete and have been replaced by 10757690 and 10762775?? Has anyone else tried ordering these lately? Is this the best website to order from? Also, is new ground stud at connector the preferred grounding method? Any good recommendations for fuel pressure gauge and best place to install it? Thanks for all the great advice. |
