Not listed on the Samco site at http://www.samcosport.com/usa/ or Mishimoto at http://www.mishimoto.com/jeep-cooling-p ... parts.html . As I recall way back when some board members sweet talked Samco into making ones for the 05/06 models.

I have no clue what 07-12 CRD CAC hoses look like so I cannot comment on whether 05/06 ones could be modified to fit or whether there are other hoses that would fit. I imagine you could have steel/aluminum pipe bent to fit along with Samco/Mishimoto silicone adapters at each end. I know a few have done so with Samco adapters.
