Just installed new Euro and transgo kit yesterday, drove home 150mi. Fuel mileage jumped from 30mpg to 32mpg! no vibrating, no slipage! wow I cant believe how much difference it made. When I pulled the valve body and looked at it, it had Transgo on the plate, but didn't look like anythiing was done to it inside so I installed the new kit. |

How many miles were on your Jeep when you replaced the torque converter? Which part number torque converter did you get? |

Not to thread jack, but wanted to let Yeti know the transmission shifts like it should with the transgo kit. It doesn't shift any harder unless you solder a resistor on the pressure sensor line, or get a trans tune and have the line pressure bumped up. Also, Edge converters: http://edgeracingconverters.com/ They are cheaper than Suncoast, there's no core, and I must say I am VERY happy with the one I put in my CRD |
