Sheesh...it just never seems to end.

Looks like most shops don't want to repair an Al/plastic radiator. The OEM unit seems to go for over $300.

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/ has the Silla SKU#: SILLA9055A for $110, but I'm wondering if anyone has used that, or is there another place to find a decent radiator? I'm not even sure it fits: if you search by 2005 Jeep Liberty, the 4th item is the Silla, the 5th item is a Spectra unit for $350, both listing the CRD as a fit. But the Silla says it is only 1" thick, while the Spectra says it's a little over 2", which is about right.

Confusing...

you like these from RA
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php

under $200..

I would check Advanceauto as well..they have a lifetime replacement warranty..photo copy
the receipt..I have my 2000 dodge pick is on its 3rd radiator..I bought the first replacement..the rest are FREE..

but sure would be nice to have radiators that didn't fail...or could be fixed..not just replaced..

Thanks, dkenney...that's something, at least. At RockAuto, Looks like the differences might be in cooling capacity, and it may be the one most like stock is the one that is $300. Advance Auto doesn't list one for the CRD.

For a Jeep Liberty Diesel CRD:
O'reilly lists it, part No. Spectra CU13279 says you must call for pricing and availability.

On line, best price is:
PartsTrain has it for $296.18
Spectra Radiator

Thanks, WWDiesel. I had seen those, but several other less expensive options were shown as well. There should be a thumb's down emoji for Google, too.

Several places list Nissens part numbers for our vehicle. I found the following part numbers listed for Nissens: 61021A (for 2.5L), 61026 and 69212 both list for 2.8L. Local shop works with Nissens, and was able to get drawings for all three. None of them will work without modification to radiator hoses, and in one case to the hood/AC line because a cap is included on top.

The other options listed are not for a diesel Jeep, be sure and get the Spectra CU13279 for a diesel CRD, there are size & cooling capacity differences...
