Hey, when I was under and around the front suspension last week for my front brake rebuild, I noticed the gap in the control arm and the rubber stop was only a couple inches.. This is when the full weight was on the tire too.. not hanging from a jack. Anybody know how or where to measure to see what kind of sag in the front springs? is it this gap, or is there a measurement from a frame point and the ground? |

Thanks, would you happen to know the spec of stock ride height should be? edit, after a quick search.. I came up with 19 for front, 19.5 rear.. sound about right? If I'm facing a sagged out spring, are these better on v-6's too?? (such as the better lower ball joint is better on the v-6's) |

not sure why your trying to say about the springs, but as for the height measure it when 100% of the weight is on the frame. I have a KK, so im not much use here on the CRD side of things. id say its time for new springs. there's plenty of CRD postings here on sagging springs and others. |

The FSM has very good details about how to measure suspension specs for the KJ and what they should be. DOC |
