My CRD is 240k km ( approx 150k miles).
Since a few months I notice that something must be loose in the breaks or the transmission.
It appears as a "klong" noise and vibration when I let go the breaks to start, just after I stopped the kj. In other words, when I stop at at a traffic light the stop is smooth till the vehicle is stopped. But when I release the breaks to go again, then I feel and hear a Klong in the body .
Could it be the engine mounts ? The trans mounts? Or the rear arms bushings ?
I will check if I see something by by placing a GoPro under the boddy while driving ( there are still a few 3M double face clips under there ...)
Thanks.

Its most likely the rear U joints.

I had the same thing happen to me, there is a clunk noise upon moving after a stop. Cleaning and greasing the slip yoke solved the issue for me. To grease the slip yoke you have to remove the rear drive shaft, it is a good time to check the u-joints too.
Besure to put your jeep on jack stands or use wheel chocks when you remove the rear drive shaft.
