Doesn't sound like air in the fuel although you can get a

This will give you a visual on any air from the tank side and the added advantage of catching any big crud coming from the tank in the event of a bad batch of diesel.
Based only on the bumpy road triggers limp I'd suspect an electric issue possibly related to the right side given the park issue although since you say shortly after parking on the right which I assume means after you have turned the front wheels slightly left to get away from the curb which implies left side. Thoughts:
1. I know it's an 05 but get access to the wiring harness behind the fuel filter head anyway and carefully inspect for chaffed wires inside the wrapping.
2. take a look at wiring to both front wheel sensors.
3. take a look at ECU wiring plugs.
4. there is a front control or gateway module under the power distribution center located just in front of the battery. Check those connections.
Best I can do.
