We know that the MOOGS fail in as little as 60K miles.

Timkens are traditionally the best, but I heard some may be coming from China, now.

How about SKFs? Can get them for about $180 per side.

Thanks for your advice as always!

I've been running skf on mine for about 15k, too early to say how good they are, but my friend that has several Napa stores in the area told me to get skf and not timken, as they don't do automotive bearings themselves anymore and they outsource the production to 3rd parties and just slap the timken brand on them so you don't know what you'll end up with...

Btw, you may be able to get skf a bit cheaper from eBay I think. I think skf is a good choice.

The SKFs are now made in Korea. Same as the new OEM replacements.
I had a long talk with the production manager a few months back, after I received the 2 hubs I ordered, and one had Korea marked on it.
That one got shipped back to where it came from, and got another made in Canada.

You pay top dollar for a domestic (NA) name brand product, and you find out that now they have their $..t made overseas.

Don't even get me started.

I bought a raybestos hub from Rock Auto for about $100. Excellent quality and got in about 3-4 days.

My friend at his shop ended up ordering Timkens. They arrived with the punk logo on them. This is a German company, but I have no idea whether they source product from Asia as do so many others,

EDIT: Well, I wrote the brand and the website changed it to "punk". Let's see if it will let it slip through if I put a hyphen in between each capital letter: (F-A-G)
