So who has taking their dash out , looks like I have a leaking evap core , that is what I am reading that the dash has to come out |

Yep same as with most all vehicles built after 1970 or so. Pop over to http://colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/ and grab a copy of the FSM (05 has illustration keys but lacks diesel cooling system data and diagnostic codes while 06 is the reverse). Assuming that's where your leak is located you might consider replacing the heater core while you are in there as relatively cheap preventive maintenance given the hassle of getting in there. |
