What all comes with a longblock? Ie... Crank and case, turbo, Waterpump, fuel pump?

This is my Jeep there are many like it but this one is mine!

Long blocks are normally going to come with everything contained inside the block such as pistons, rods, crankshaft and oil pump as well as a cylinder head not including cams or rockers.

The difference between a short block and a long block can vary a bit from engine to engine and supplier to supplier but:
1. a short block generally consists of everything between the top of the pistons and the crankshaft
2. a long block is a short block plus the cylinder head including valve train and usually the rockers and cams, which in the CRD are in the valve cover. Best ask supplier to be sure.
A long block might include exhaust manifold but I doubt it would include turbo, EGR, FCV, oil cooler, etc.
