So the CRd likes to go to Limp on bumpy roads and shortly after being parked on the side of the street(Righside). I'm thinking even though I have a inline pump, removed quick connects and the updated head unit, I'm still getting air in the fuel or possible bubbling in the system. Plunger is firm all the time now with the inline pump(facet). It also seems to go to limp when I take a sharp turn. Is there something else that may cause these symptoms? maybe a CPS Sensor or do I need to get a racor head unit and replace all hoses on the fuel system to completely rule this out?

Just for reference.
no codes being thrown
hoses all replaced
map/boost sensors have been replaced
gde ectune

Doesn't sound like air in the fuel although you can get a http://smile.amazon.com/Moeller-Univers ... uel+filter plus about 1' of marine grade diesel rated fuel line and 2 stainless steel worm clamps. Install on fuel tank side of filter. This will give you a visual on any air from the tank side and the added advantage of catching any big crud coming from the tank in the event of a bad batch of diesel.

Based only on the bumpy road triggers limp I'd suspect an electric issue possibly related to the right side given the park issue although since you say shortly after parking on the right which I assume means after you have turned the front wheels slightly left to get away from the curb which implies left side. Thoughts:
1. I know it's an 05 but get access to the wiring harness behind the fuel filter head anyway and carefully inspect for chaffed wires inside the wrapping.
2. take a look at wiring to both front wheel sensors.
3. take a look at ECU wiring plugs.
4. there is a front control or gateway module under the power distribution center located just in front of the battery. Check those connections.

Best I can do.

Papaindigo,
I originally checked the wiring behind the head when I replaced the head unit but I will go further down the line possibly to the ECU, as well as look at the Module and knock out those or find the culprit...

Wheel sensors, I have been noticing vibration from the front end That I'm attributing to the CV/CV's going bad, Would this cause the Motor to go to Limp? I'm planning on replacing both just would not expect Limp due to it. I'll take a look at these and report back this evening as well.

I would think not but...

FYI before assuming the not so cheap CV joints are the source of vibration I'd drop the drive shaft and check "U" joints. Might also be motor mounts or even the single rear transmission mount.
