OK, I know our CRD's came with 16" rims when the 3.7 Limited had the 17" rims.

Looking for rotors on Rockauto. Shows limited and not limited rotors.

What should I be getting?

Parts manual (from http://colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/) shows only 1 rotor PN with not difference between CRD and gasser.
