Changing the oil on a newly acquired Liberty diesel, I found the drain plug hex stripped out. No problem, just go buy another drain plug replacement, right. 5 hrs later, still looking for a drain plug. It is not metric and not sae, however a 16mm X1.5 plug screw in but is too loose to tighten up. No luck with Mopar parts. So, the official description is: 3/8 x19 BSP (British Standard Pipe) It is an "O" ring boss plug used in hydraulic systems! go figure---. They are available at any well equipped hydraulic hose/fitting store such as Parker or Aeroquip.
