Yep #3. Down where we are at this time of year engine would likely start fine with 4 dead GPs. You have Weeks elbow kit so replacing GPs should be a breeze; just order a set of 4 7v metal ones from idparts that are a drop in replacement for the OEM 7v ceramics. Best do it soon as word is once you get a GP code with ceramics a tip can break relatively soon. Be sure to use an indelible marking pen to edit the GP note on the timing cover. |

I installed the etecno 7v plugs a little over a year ago. I had hoped it would be more than a year before replacing any of them. |

You guys might still be a part of us that had the bad batch of etechno's. I'm sure ID parts could look up when you ordered and determined if those were part of the defective lot |

I was part of the bad batch fiasco. 4 of 4 failed within 6 months. ID parts was great about replacing them. The replacements have been good for over a year now. |

I am going to tackle this in the morning, i just got 4 tecnos for 105.00 Is there a noob write up on here for replacing them, I feel like I'm going to need a deep 8mm to get the plugs out? |

You have the weeks kit so the hard part of removing the stock intake elbow is non existent. I'd soak each one with pb blaster and go slow. When putting new ones in use anti seize on the news. Oh, and not certain, but pretty sure you'll need a deep 10mm not 8mm |
