Been sitting for almost 3 years. It's all back together after ARPs, new timing, Weeks stage 1 and 2, TDF thermostat and a brand new AGM. It cranks, but won't start. I got codes P0070, P0093, and P0403. There's fuel at the bleeder valve, although it is nearly three years old. I guess that will be my first try, but I'm in the middle of a blizzard, so it will be at least a day before I can get fresh fuel.

I shot some ether in the CAC to engine hose, and it started. Ran rough, seemed like it was smoothing out, then died. There's fuel all over the top of the engine, but I am by myself, so I can't see where it is coming from. Looks like the injector return hoses are all wet. It is common for those to break down?

I don't think they break down. Did you get them seated properly? Are the clips in properly? Did you use new copper washers when you installed the injectors? Did you clean up the injector seats?

Mike

Mike,

Yes to all your questions. The hard line to injector #2 was loose. It's running now.

P0403 is an EGR related code. EGR circuit high voltage is what the list says, but I thought you had a GDE tune? If not, you may want one, or the Yeti tune can also delete the EGR codes from the system.

Glad to hear it is running! (Sorry I missed that injector line, I thought I had gotten them all)
