The timing belt skipped time on my 2.8. I had the head rebuilt now I'm try to put the head cover back on . I need to find out how to do it. I would like to find a Manuel to do it. If someone would like to call me that would be great. 865 221 3210

Probably find some directions in the service manual found here: http://www.colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/

Install your E/I pins. set crank set at 90 Degrees ATDC. Align fuel pump witness mark to mark on engine (some say this is optional), install belt, tension belt so pointer is in the center of the tensioner window, remove E/I pins, rotate by hand two revs, retension, done.

I have all of the service manuals I got from Jeepdan.

If you need specific instructions or a diagram I can image them and send them to you possibly. PM me, I might be able to just scan them to PDF with my phone and text/email them.
