Quick cleanup:

Towed back from Houston:

Old engine dropped a valve, still turns nice, a new/used piston would make a good short block.

Old engine came out quick and easy:

Pressure washed engine bay:

Then pulled the donor out of the backyard:

Sam, a friendly suggestion, Before you put the good motor in, I would certainly replace those two rack & pinion rubber bushings while you have the motor out and have easy access to them. They are cheap, but cannot be replaced with the motor in place without pulling the whole rack and pinion assembly according to Alldata... They are staring you in the face!!!
