Did you do both stage 1 and 2 deletes. Is it leaking out the plug you put in on the side of the head? |

Yeah I installed the plug that goes on the drivers side of the block. I'm really hoping it's not a cracked head or block . This just happens after the egr delete |

Did you remove the EGR from the side of the engine, or just leave it there dead? If you left it there, it is probably just runoff from the cooler draining as it sloshes around. Otherwise, a pressure test would allow you to pump up the cooling system and see where any leak may be. If the crush washer didn't get seated properly or you inadvertently left the old washer in place too, that would be an easy point for a leak. |

The plug JWS84_02 is referring to isn't in the block. When all the EGR junk is removed, there is a nipple in the middle of the head under, and behind the intake manifold. The nipple is the coolant supply from the cylinder head. It needs to be removed, and a plug of appropriate size with thread sealant, installed in that port. See your other query thread for a couple other things to check for. |
