What are the two radiators for? One is connected to the left side of the engine and the other the right.

Why are their two separate radiators?

(No, I am not talking about the transmission cooler which is mounted in front of the two radiators).

You definately found the intercooler. Why you are looking, try opening the hoses and take a peek inside.

Which side is the intercooler? The one that connects to the right side or the one that connects to the left side (when looking into the engine bay)?

The intercooler hoses are the top two large hoses. If you look the one on passenger side goes to turbo and one on driver side goes to intake where EGR Flow Control Valve (something that looks like throttle body on gasser) and EGR are located.

I would also think the one in front of the rest is the condensor for the a/c and not the trans cooler.

Standing in front of your Jeep looking at the engine: Air comes in from left (from turbo), exits to right end to throttle body casting on motor. Hose to the turbo looks like a hook, snakes over the top and down to the turbo. Can also recognize the CAC hoses from the red silicone liner and woven protectors over them. They are also the hoses sweating motor oil.

I'm sorry, but if the discription I posted above doesn't help you find the intercooler and hoses, just close the hood and don't worry about the problem.

Pull the grill off and you can see everything a little better. It takes all but 30 seconds to unsnap it from the mounts. no screws.
