I have contacted GDE about a towing transmission tune for my CRD. Since I live in Kommifornia, he is not able to sell me a towing transmission tune module. Does anyone have a GDE towing transmission module that they are willing to sell. It would be nice to be locked up in 4th gear since I am pulling a 3800 loaded camping trailer with my CRD. I feel bad for Keith at GDE, I purchased one of his Eco tunes for my jeep long before CARB decided to give them really expensive fines if they sell to anyone in CA.

GDE ships your reprogramed TCM to another location (Non-crazyfornia) and then middleman ships it to you. Problem solved! GDE is in the clear and no one in crazyfornia knows the difference. If you need help, PM me. |

If you need help, PM me. Just be careful. I sent GDE a Ram TCM I had and they were able to flash the non-F37 stock Jeep tune but not their own Eco tune. They had to send it back to me so I could swap it for my actual Jeep tcm. |

I forgot to mention; any TCM you get needs to be out of a vehicle that has a 545RFE transmission & has a separate standalone TCM. Not sure if the 45RFE TCM's are compatible? Probably should contact GDE and ask them for a list of compatible TCM PN's just to be on the safe side? ![]() Wikipedia wrote: *Applications of the 545RFE transmission: 2001–2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee (4.7L, 4.7L H.O., 6.4L Hemi) 2005–2006 Jeep Liberty (Diesel applications) 2003–2011 Dodge Ram (3.7L, 4.7L, 5.7L Hemi) 2005–2011 Dodge Power Wagon 2003–2011 Dodge Dakota (4.7L, 4.7L H.O.) 2003–2011 Dodge Durango (4.7L, 5.7L) 2006–2010 Jeep Commander (4.7L, 5.7L Hemi) 2007–2010 Jeep Wrangler (2.8 L CRD) 2007–present LTI/London Taxi Company TX4 2007-2009 Chrysler Aspen (4.7L, 5.7L Hemi) *According to Wikipedia > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysler_RFE_transmission <
