Hello everyone! I have almost finished the cylinder head rebuild, just doing a drip test now!  I know this is a noob question, but how often should you rebuild the engine block/piston rings? I have 210,000 kms (130k miles), I'd like to get another 130k miles out of her. Thanks, Nick |

That block is brand new. Put it back together with a 2-hole head gasket, copper spray sealer, ARP studs... And run it. |

Use proper engine oil and quality filter, and change it regularly. It will likely still show the crosshatch on the cylinder liners at the next couple timing belt / exhaust valve changes. |
