Does this pin have to be removed prior to installation on the mounting flange?

If I remember correctly, you can remove it before or after installation. |

It shouldn't matter but probably easier to leave in place so you can take the pressure off it easier with ratchet or breaker bar etc. |

It wouldn't budge, even with a breaker bar. It was tightening the pulley bolt. I put the tensioner in a vice and pulled the pin out Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk |
