I've got an 05 liberty crd that needs some love... I'm about an hour west of Indianapolis and am hoping someone on here could recommend a GOOD crd familiar shop in the area. I believe I need a water pump and thermostat at least, will probably have the timing belt done too. We had it in a dealer recently and they tried to tell us it needed over $13k in repairs (many of which I've recently done, so I KNOW they aren't needed) Thanks for any advice, I love this jeep and want to keep it running for a while! |

I’m not a shop but I travel to work on our jeeps. To date I’ve worked on 63 of them now. I’m somewhat local to you as well. Shoot me an email if your interested. |

You will need to replace the TB for sure no matter what its mileage or age. The idlers tensioner etc is a different question. This brings to mind why do you think you need a water pump if it may not need timing belt service? Is it leaking? Depending on symptoms . Maybe just a Thermostat. |
