So I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty crd all stock but I have tired that are 245/70R16 and I was just wanting to know if putting 245/75R16 tires would do anything.

That size tire is about an inch taller than your present tires but should fit without rubbing etc. You may get slightly better fuel mileage maybe 2-3 percent at most. It will also change your effective drive ratio and speedometer and if equipped the mileage and fuel mileage readings on EVIC (overhead display.) So you won't accelerate quite as fast but probably barely noticeable if at all. This change should not require trimming or lifting or wheel spacers etc.

Speaking from experience here.
245-75-16 tires will rub without any kind of lift.
How much rubbing depends on how much your front springs have sagged.
At a minimum, you will need to pound flat the pinch welds and add at least 1 inch of lift.
1 inch of lift can be achieved with four 2 inch conduit nuts on each side, slid onto the bottom of the front shock mount between the clevis bracket.

You're right,

In my case I have a bit of rub on one side with Ko2 245/75r16 and a OME suspension !

that may well be I was comparing to size he had and not stock size a .9 inch increase or .45 inch difference in fender clearance . That being said I have had 245/75/17 which are 31.5 inches diameter on stock suspension that barely rubbed without trimming and didn't need a lift but may have had spacers. But in changing tire/wheels from one of mine to another I have noticed that yes the spring sag can be different but I have also noticed one of 4 has about a 1/3 inch closer spacing to firewall, I guess the whole body slightly further forward. car fax didn't show any accidents and it doesn't appear to be repainted any.

let me put it this way you will have about 1/2 inch less clearance to firewall and fender well than you do now.
