I can always seem to get air out of the filter head, every morning, before I start the Jeep I can pump the primer a few times, open the bleeder and some air comes out, I can usually do this a couple of times, I already replaced the Fuel Head and Filter, anybody else have this issue?

Check your connections to the lines running from the fuel tank right off the tank itself. The quick connects they use are known to leak air. Remove and use good old fashion hose and hose clamps.

Yes, I'm having the exact same issue. I thought (hoped) replacing the old fuel head would fix it, but no dice. Guess I'll whack out the connections and replace with hose. If that doesn't do it, then a lift pump will be next. I may just go ahead and put one in when I cut those connections out. They don't cost that much.

Even though this thread is technically posted in the wrong section, maybe you two can be my guinea pigs.... Please check out this document: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid= ... y=CO3NyM4B

If you use it, please report back whether or not it was helpful. Also, please understand it's a work in progress.

Thanks!

The quick connect tend to leak in vacuum but will work fine in pressure.

A lot of effort appears to have been made in this write-up sidebrake; thank you for your efforts.

As I stated on another thread where it was posted:
It's a nice Flow Chart, but adding an intank fuel pump or inline fuel pump would eliminate about 75% of the checks.
