Just put a replacement motor in my 2006 crd, I cant quite remember where this earth wire goes. Its a chunky wire and its on the same loom as the starter motor wire.
Ive attached it here temporarily on the engine mount until someone can help me out.

PS: I fixed your picture link so it would show.  Maybe this will help you? According to the FSM, there should be a stud just above the starter on the side of the block where the large battery ground cable attaches to the engine for the earth ground. #105
