Hey guys, my mechanic moved out of state and I need someone who actually knows how to work on these engines. Pretty sure I blew a head gasket and I REALLY don't wanna do the work myself... Anyone in California (I'm in the bay area) wanna take on the job? Or does anyone know a qualified mechanic in the area? Thanks! -Brian 7076966904 |

What are your symptoms? Coolant system pressure, coolant in oil, oil in coolant or coolant on injectors is about the only sure signs. |

Do you have a garage to work on it? Maybe a guest room and a fridge stocked with beer? It's snowing here... By the way you are due for new rockers and valves if that hasn't been done yet. |

Sounds like blown head gasket, pretty big job. I just did it myself. |
