Guys,
I am going to install the Mann ProVent oil seperator on my CCV to turbo vent hose tomorrow. I spent an hour looking at mounting loactions tonight and the most feasible seems to be the passenger rear side of the engine bay in the corner next to the coolant recovery container. I can't see anywhere else it will easily fit and be servicable without tools. I also don't want to be too close to the exhaust or turbo.

Does anyone have any pictures or suggestions for an install based on their experience?

I am thinking I can make some hook shaped brackets out of metal plumbing pipe supports (the stuff that comes in a roll with lots of little holes) and let the whole thing hang on the high pressure A/C hose by attaching these to the ProVent factory mounting bracket on each end.

I also bought a child's size Bell bicycle water bottle for oil recovery. I think if I mount that on the wishbone suspension frame (non flex side) by the oil filter I can easily service it as well.

Has anyone plumbed the ProVent drain oil back to engine sump? If yes did you use the ProVent recommended check valve or how was it done.

Any tips you have would be most appreciated!!!

Somebody mounted their provent behind the battery and it came out nice, but most have put it by the recovery tank like you said. Try searching for Provent and install and I think you'll have a lot to look at.
