Hi All. Has anybody noticed on their CRD that it seems that Airco pump kicks in (Or something thats sounds like it) when the air is not turned on, I can notice it when idling and you can hear the drag on the motor when it happens ?. -Gab |

Did you happen to have the front defroster on? Im not sure about the CRD but usually the AC compressor will kick on if the front defroster is on. I think it dries the air. |

The a/c runs in all positions except the dash vent mod. If you have it going to floor & dash, dash & defrost, or just defrost it will cycle the a/c even without the a/c turned on and the little light on in the control panel. There is a mod that eliminates that if you do a search. |
