| Post subject: | Broken Mirror |
Came out to the parking lot last night and found some knucklehead had broken my passenger side mirror. The glass is intact and still attached to the electric motor housing, but the housing itself is broken off from the plastic mirror body. I suspect the whole thing will need to be replaced as there is no "plastic weld". 1. Does anybody have info on replacing the mirror (how difficult-special tools, etc) 2. Is there an internet source for used and/or new jeep body parts thanx |

I got a pair of heated mirrors off Ebay. It looks like a simple remove and replace affair, but I haven't did it yet. Edit: These were new mirrors. $135 for both. |
