I've come across quite a few 02's and 03's in my searches for a liberty and I've seen quite a few mall getters (probably female owners My family has owned Fords their whole life and we currently have an 02 F150 Lariat 4X4 loaded with around 120,000 miles and a RETIRED 1998 Ford Tauraus SE (haha |

Mine has 76000 miles and is running absolutely perfectly. Its a great vehicle. Mine has always been maintained according to schedule, so that definitely helps. |

I have an 02 Limited @ 142,000 it is running great. I always maintain it properly but I use it alot towing my atv and carrying my yak on the roof. Proper maintenance is the key. Good luck. |

This is good...I've found a few I can definitly afford but they were up there in the mileage. I'll end up probably getting one w/ around 80,000 miles...remember this is my first vehicle and I'm on a limited budget..especially w/ all the mods I have planned on later down the road. |

yes maintenance is the key, i always run a new car for only a couple hundred miles, then put in some cheap oil for another few hundred, then change again for another 500 then its been mobil 1 ever since. initially changed oil and filter at 5000 increments, now, change filter about 4000 then oil and after another 4000 or so. started adding lucas oil additive to 5/30 in the winter and 10/30 in the summer. |
